General Terms and Conditions

1.Effectiveness of the general terms and conditions of EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

By the usage of the Business-Portal, the user accepts the effectiveness of these general terms and conditions. Other terms and conditions or contract conditions are ineffective.

2.Release of the provided data on EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

Each entry is checked and released by the operator of the Business-Portal. The user has no right on release. The release is specifically rejected if the entry does not meet the requirements to completeness or contains inappropriate contents.

3. Usage of data on EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

Under ‘search‘, the user of the Business-Portal can find information on companies and their products. The user can utilize the determined information for his own purpose. Commercial reusage and duplication of the texts and further contents are not allowed. A linking to contents of the Business-Portal is expressly desired if undoubtedly identifiable as contents of the Business-Portal.

4.Modification of the general terms and conditions for EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

Azenio Business Services reserves the right to modify the general terms and conditions. The users shall be notified of a corresponding modification. The new terms and conditions are effective if no contradiction arises within 2 weeks.

5. Written form of the general terms and conditions of EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

All further agreements, orders and supplements need to be fixed in written form.

6.Severability clause of the general terms and conditions of EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

Should a regulation of this contract or of these general terms be or become ineffective, the effectiveness of all other regulations or agreements remains unaffected. The ineffective regulation shall be replaced by such a regulation whose economic and legal sense corresponds most with the original one.

7.Applicable law, court of jurisdiction of the general terms and conditions of EuroPortus Ukraine, Business-Portal for the German-Ukrainian trade and economic cooperation.

German law is applicable for the legal relations between Azenio and the user. Court of jurisdiction for all litigations deriving directly or indirectly from this contract relations is the business location of Azenio. If the customer’s business location is abroad, Azenio can choose the court of jurisdiction at the customer’s location and the application of the corresponding local law.
